RIGHT TO COMPLAIN
If the data subject considers that the processing of personal data is in breach of the provisions of the Regulation, he has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as provided by art. 77 of the same Regulation or to appeal to the appropriate courts (art. 79 of the Regulation).
