Production and technology

Our company produces deep-drawn parts according to our customers’ designs and specifications. The production process includes a wide range of processing activities, from flat blanking to deep drawing, including 2D/3D laser cutting.

Our particular expertise lies in the deep drawing process, in which we excel, developed as a result of the know-how acquired over 70 years of business.

Our production processes are highly flexible as result of technical choices focused on the streamlining of procedures and flows and on the reduction of the set-up time.
 
The organisation of the productive resources by single unit or by automatic line enables us to manage both large-scale and small-scale production with highly efficient and reliable production flows. 
 
We also have a complete range of machinery:

• 9 mechanical presses from 150 to 315 tons
• 50 hydraulic presses from 40 to 400 tons
• 8 automatic lines of hydraulic presses
• Multistage wash plant
• Projection welding machines
• Wide range of complementary equipment

In order to also produce parts with a very complex shape, obtain a faster prototyping process and greater flexibility on small batch production, we have recently added a 2D and 3D laser cutting system.
